In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for maintaining top-quality standards, assisting with managing inventory and procurement, and guiding a dedicated team to deliver a stand out department, keeping our shelves looking fresh and inviting.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Produce Manager in the daily operations of the Produce Department
- Ensure high standards of product quality, freshness, and presentation
- Assisting in ordering, rotation, and waste reduction
- Train, support, and motivate produce staff
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
- Managing the department in the absence of the Manager

- Fresh Produce experience
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- A keen eye for quality and a passion for fresh food
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices

Working Hours
This is a full-time role, early morning starts, 5 days a week, including one weekend day, with some flexibility depending on business needs.
