Butcher

We’re on the lookout for a qualified or nearly qualified butcher to join our team in a fast-growing, busy retail butchery.

This role suits someone who brings a strong mix of skill, speed, and creativity, and who takes pride in producing top-quality product for customers.

About the role:

• Full involvement in all aspects of a full-service retail butchery
• Preparing, cutting, and presenting meat to a high standard
• Delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Working closely with the team to meet daily demands

About you:

• Qualified butcher or close to completing your qualification
• Confident across the full range of retail butchery tasks
• Fast, efficient, and detail-focused
• Creative with cuts, displays, and value-add products
• A genuine team player who understands the pressures of a busy shop

Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 40 hours per week
