Retail Manager - On the Spot Caltex Wanaka
On the Spot Caltex Wanaka is a privately owned service station, looking for an experienced manager to lead our team. On the Spot Caltex Wanaka is located on the shores of stunning Lake Wanaka, near Queenstown.
We are a busy service station located in the centre of Wanaka town that provides a wide variety of services e.g. convenience store, barista coffee, freshly prepared food, chicken to go, laundromat, customer shower, courier services, carwash, LPG, trailer hire, and of course fuel!
We are requiring a Retail Manager who can lead the team and grow the business.
The role will include:
- Fuel management (ordering, analysing sales and pricing)
- Budgets and margins
- Recruitment, training and performance management
- Health & Safety
- Stock management
- Merchandising and marketing.
You will have to have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. This position is fulltime, 40 hours per week. Working days are Thursday to Monday inclusive. The business is open from 6am – 11pm daily, there is the requirement to be flexible and have the ability to work in the evenings when illness, training and operational requirements require it. A salary between $62-$67k per annum is payable, depending on management experience.
