We are seeking two individuals to join our very busy Produce Department in the heart of Wanaka.  Are you passionate about produce, providing exceptional customer service and working in a dynamic team environment? 

New World Wanaka is 100% locally owned and operated and is committed to providing our customers with a fantastic range of fresh food every day. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about producing exceptional food and who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.   

The successful candidates will be reliable, enthusiastic, self-motivated, with high integrity, an eye for detail and a desire to learn while providing excellent customer service to our many locals and tourists.

Your day to day:

• Ensuring the Produce department is stocked and well presented
• Delivering exceptional customer service
• Adhering to Food Safety and Health & Safety policies

What you’ll bring:

• A great attitude and willingness to learn
• Effective communication skills with a passion for customer service
• The ability to work in a team and independently when required
• The ability to show initiative and be honest and reliable
• Physical fitness (heavy lifting may be involved) and a high level of personal presentation

Position one – Monday to Friday 5am to 1.30pm

Position two – Monday to Wednesday 2pm to 6pm
