HR Assistant - New World Three Parks
New World Three Parks is one of the largest supermarkets in the South Island, a new leader of supermarket innovation with an unrivalled offering of fresh foods, range and quality. We are located in the new subdivision of Three Parks within Wanaka and close to everything that Wanaka has to offer and we want YOU to come and join our amazing team.
We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant who is friendly, approachable, and understands what it's like to work in a multicultural environment. We seek someone who is open to learning and eager to strengthen their knowledge in Human Resources.
What we are looking for:
- Qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
- Previous recruitment and Onboarding experience.
- Experience in team building, performance evaluation, internal communication, and succession planning is desirable
- Sound knowledge of New Zealand employment and immigration related legislation and standards
- Solid computer skills including the ability to use spreadsheets
- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills
- High level of initiative and commitment
Hours:
- Days required for this role: Monday to Friday and occasionally on weekends.
- Specific hours to be discussed at the interview stage

Only candidates with an open work visa and the required experience will be considered. WHV applicants will only be considered if they plan to stay at the store for a long period and have at least 6 months remaining on their visa.
