Working with a diverse range of people, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the grocery department and take pride in contributing to a store which is customer obsessed, exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.

You will bring:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience working in fast-paced Supermarket environment 
• Direct leading by example experience as you'll need to lead, coach and develop your team to meet targets
• A collaborative hands-on approach focused on operational excellence
• The ability to listen and learn and show genuine care for both team and customers
• Ability to look ahead and energise your team to deliver with pride
• Previous purchasing and inventory control experience
• An intermediate level of computer skills (spreadsheets, SAP)
