Chilled and Frozen Foods Manager
The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and management experience, a strong understanding of retail operations, and the confidence to take full responsibility for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Purpose: Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Chilled and Frozen Foods department.
- Drive Success: Manage inventory, achieve financial targets, and ensure product quality and presentation.
- Empower Your Team: Train and develop staff while fostering a culture of health and safety.
- Customer Focused: Ensure exceptional service and support our team in staying informed about products and promotions.
The successful applicant will have:

- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Initiative and an eye for detail
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving

Hours:
- Full-time – 42.5 hours per week, with additional hours if needed.
- Days and hours to be discussed at interview but will include one weekend day and early starts.
