At New World Three Parks, we are looking for an Assistant Manager for the Chilled and Frozen Foods Department. If you're someone with strong leadership aspirations and want to start as an assistant while aiming to grow into a Manager role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead with Purpose: Plan, organize, and oversee the daily operations of the Chilled and Frozen Foods department.
- Drive Success: Manage inventory, achieve financial targets, and ensure product quality and presentation.
- Empower Your Team: Train and develop staff while fostering a culture of health and safety.
- Customer Focused: Ensure exceptional service and support our team in staying informed about products and promotions.
The successful applicant will have:
- Have the ambition to be an inspiring and effective leader
- Have an understanding of financial KPI’s
- Strong communication skills at all levels of the organisation
- Initiative and an eye for detail
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chilled/Frozen 2IC or a Management Role in Retail.
- Minimum 1 year's experience in SAP Ordering.
- Strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.
- A commitment to teamwork and a positive work culture.

Hours:
- Full-time – 42.5 hours per week, with additional hours if needed.
- Days and hours to be discussed at interview but will include one weekend day and early starts.
Pay range:
- $27-$35 hour
