Ideally, you’ll have experience in a supermarket or retail environment, but it’s not essential. What’s most important is your positive attitude and the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to work well under pressure

 

Key responsibilities:

 

  • Assisting the Checkout Management Team in supervising checkout staff
  • Assisting with Lotto
  • Upholding all legal requirements in regards to the Sale of Alcohol and Tobacco

 

Holding a Liquor Controller Certificate and Duty Manager’s Certificate would be an advantage, but full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

 

Hours of Work:

 

  • Monday: 11:00am – 10:00pm
  • Thursday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
  • Friday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
  • Saturday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
  • Sunday: 9:30am – 6:30pm
