Butchery Assistant

The successful candidates will be capable of:

• Be able to produce a quality range of butchery products, ensuring quality, range, freshness, consistency and profitability targets are achieved.
• Preparation and Presentation of Butchery Products
• Shop presentation, stock movement and prevent wastage through product rotation
• Strong (able to comfortably lift 20kgs up to 25kgs regularly through the day)
• Help and organise with putting away delivery stock
• A team player with the ability to also work independently
• Attentive to detail and high level of customer service
• High level of initiative and commitment 
• Availability to work extra hours if requested by the department

Essential

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience

Hours:

Full-time: Sunday-Thursday from 5:30 am – 2:00 pm
