Business Analyst – New World Wanaka

New World Wanaka is set in beautiful Central Otago town of Wanaka, close to world class Ski fields and located just walking distance to the lake edge.

You will be an SAP star, leveraging your analytical skills to drive insights, identify opportunities for cost optimisation, and enhance the value delivery of technology and people investments, to ensure business and customer outcomes are achieved.

Your well-developed stakeholder management skills will assist Department managers to understand business requirements, identify gaps, classify opportunities, develop strategies and innovative product and process improvements, and lead changes within business processes. 

You will bring:

• At least 3 years proven experience facilitating the optimising, implementing and embedding of SAP
• Strong communication skills and an ability to build relationships with varied groups of stakeholders 
• The ability to analyse and present complex data in simple, visual ways for key stakeholders to enable sound decision making
• Proven skills prioritising and delivering commercially viable and practical solutions
• The capability to plan, analyse and think strategically
• An understanding of the customer and user perspective while demonstrating a collaborative approach to drive business outcomes.

Experience working in a supermarket environment is highly desirable.

This is a permanent full-time position, reporting to the Store Owner/Operator.  Days and hours of work will be negotiated with the successful individual.
