We’re looking for a Seafood Manager to take charge of our small but busy department - someone who knows their product, has an eye for trends and can drive real growth. 

This is a great opportunity to showcase your retail know-how, leadership and product knowledge while making a genuine impact to the results of the department.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Grow sales through smart ranging, displays, and promotions
• Lead the team, set the standards and share your knowledge 
• Manage stock, margins, and waste effectively
• Take pride in quality, presentation and results 
• Keep the department food safety compliant, fresh, full, and customer-ready
• Build on our reputation for fresh, quality product
• Spot trends and bring new ideas to the table

This is a full-time role of 40 hours per week.  Days of work are Tuesday-Saturday.
