Are you our next Service Deli Manager? Here at New World Nelson City, we are looking for a great leader, team player and someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment. We pride ourselves on our fresh food departments and our Service Deli plays an integral role. Be part of the team providing our customers with fresh food, great value, recipe inspiration, and awesome shopping experiences.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Inventory management
- Sourcing and producing a range of consistently high-quality products
- Ensuring the highest standards of merchandising are achieved and maintained
- Organizing and leading staff
- Ensuring financial targets of the department are met
- Maintaining our Health & Safety and Food Safety standards within the Department
You will need to demonstrate:
- Strong communication skills
- Dedicated to exceptional customer service
- Excellent work ethics
- Experience working with food preparation or in a Retail supermarket would be an advantage
Hours
Full-time permanent position with specific hours to be discussed at the interview stage.
