We are looking for an enthusiastic, honest and reliable individual with an excellent work ethic. This person will need to have a commitment to excellence along with strong organisational and communication skills. 

The Night Fill Supervisor is responsible for the evening supervision and leadership of the night fill team and ensuring consistent stock presentation.

This is a fulltime position.

The key tasks for this role are:

• Assisting and supporting the Night Fill Manager with all aspects of managing the Night Fill team and tasks. 
• Ensuring customer service standards, and quality are met
• Organisation of the night fill team and storeroom
• Maintaining stock levels in the grocery department
• Undertake necessary administrative functions of the role

The successful applicant will ideally be able to demonstrate:

• Previous management experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Proven supervisory experience and the ability to manage a team
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility
• An ability to cope well under pressure
