Inwards Goods Storeperson – Raeward Fresh Wholesale Tasman

We have an opportunity for a full-time Inwards Goods Storeperson to join the Raeward Fresh Tasman team. Based in Richmond with easy access to the wider Tasman and Marlborough regions we have an unrivalled lifestyle. Your key duties will include preparing and unpacking wholesale deliveries, checking inwards goods against packing slips and liaising with department managers to ensure correct stock has been received. The ability to maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment is key in this role, ensuring all orders are quality checked & 100% accurate.

Reporting to the Wholesale Operations Manager, you need an eye for detail, be service focused and a team player.

The responsibilities of the role include:

Unloading / loading of all inward goods.
To ensure all inwards stock is correctly accounted for and handled with care.
To ensure the store area is maintained in an organised state to reduce stock handling damages and time.

This a full-time position with early morning starts Monday - Friday, hours to be discussed

We are looking for someone who is:

Hardworking, reliable, & honest
A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Physically fit as lots of heavy lifting is involved in this role
Able to adhere with workplace Health & Safety requirements
Forklift license is ideal, but training can be provided for the right person
