Your role:

 

  • Directing, supervising, supporting and leading by example to fill the store, serve customers and maintain our high standard of cleanliness throughout. 
  • Providing high quality customer service to our valued customers and training staff to do the same.
  • Undertake necessary roles of Inwards Goods, Food safety, food prep.
  • Date checks, promotions and markdowns of stock when required.

 

What we are looking for:

 

  • We are looking for a proven team leader that loves dealing with people with experience in a fast-paced customer service role who understands teamwork, motivated by high standards of store presentation and looking to grow with a fantastic team
  • A Duty Manager's Certificate or LCQ is ideal but for the right person with experience in liquor sales we will assist with this.
  • Some experience with Lotto and supermarket Point of sales systems would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Great communication skills and an ability to effectively lead a team with a positive attitude and a high level of energy.
  • Be mature, assertive and confident with a proven ability to diffuse any difficult situations in a calm manner.
  • The ability to multi-task with a smile on your face. 

 

Hours:

 

This Role is two days Sunday/Monday however this could be a full-time position for the right candidate.
