We have an opportunity for a Full-Time Butcher or Knife hand to join the Raeward Fresh Wholesale Tasman team. Based in Richmond with easy access to the wider Tasman and Marlborough regions we have an unrivalled lifestyle. This role offers a great team and store culture, full training and a commitment to ongoing training and learning.

We need a butcher/knife hand who takes pride in presenting their work to a high standard. Our butchers need to ensure effective utilization of staff resources, oversee/partake in training & development and ensure robust Health & Safety and Food Safety programmes are adhered to. 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Knife hand or Butchery experience
• Is hardworking, reliable, & honest
• Always has a good sense of humour and is a team player
• Shows attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Motivated to excel in a team environment and willing to learn and be guided in meat cutting aspects of the trade. 

This a full-time position with days and hours discussed at the interview stage.
