Checkout Supervisor - PAK'nSAVE Rolleston
About the role:
PAK’nSAVE Rolleston | Part-Time
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Checkout Supervisor to join our team at PAK’nSAVE Rolleston. You’ll lead by example to deliver excellent service, support and guide the checkout team, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a part-time role (20+ hours per week) with a mix of afternoon and closing shifts. Days and hours will be discussed with the successful applicant.
What the role involves:
• Supervising and supporting checkout team members
• Delivering outstanding customer service and resolving queries
• Managing cash handling and closing procedures
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient checkout area
What we're looking for:
• Retail or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, positive, and confident in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• LCQ and/or Duty Manager’s Certificate desirable (or willingness to obtain)
