About the role:
Online Manager, Full Time - PAK’nSAVE Rolleston
We’re on the lookout for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Online Manager to lead our Online Shopping team and ensure our customers receive the very best experience every time they shop with us.
This is a full-time role with early starts, perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in delivering top‑quality results.
What the role involves:
• Leading, supporting, and motivating the Online team
• Ensuring the highest quality products are selected for our shoppers
• Overseeing the online picking process to maintain accuracy, speed, and presentation standards
• Managing workflow and prioritising orders to meet customer expectations
• Monitoring stock quality and liaising with departments when substitutes or alternatives are required
• Maintaining a safe, organised, and efficient working environment
What we're looking for:
• Experience leading a team (supervisory or management experience advantageous)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A customer-first approach with excellent attention to detail
• Confidence using technology and online systems
• A positive, hands-on attitude
• Ability to work early mornings, including weekends as required
• Days of work will be discussed during the interview
