Nightfill Manager - PAK'nSAVE Rolleston

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Nightfill Manager to lead our night team, ensuring shelves are fully stocked and the store is presented to the highest standard for the following day.

This is a full-time role with evening hours, suited to an individual who is highly organised, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership, coaching, and motivation to the nightfill team to achieve operational targets
• Develop and implement nightly fill schedules to ensure optimal stock availability
• Maintain exceptional standards of store presentation and merchandising
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety protocols at all times
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and make timely decisions to maintain operational efficiency
• Drive accuracy and efficiency in stock rotation and waste reduction initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Previous supermarket experience, ideally in a leadership role
• Strong people management skills with the ability to build a positive team culture
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with staff
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Forklift experience
