We’re getting ready to open the doors to our brand-new PAK’nSAVE in Rolleston – and we’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Duty Manager to join our team!

About the role:
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team and help lead daily operations in our busy supermarket. If you thrive in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoy leading teams to deliver excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Supervise and support team members across departments
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and store presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies
- Close the store as required
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in supermarket or retail management
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings (10.30 pm finish)
- A proactive and hands-on approach to team support and store operations
- Current forklift license
