About the role:

As a Baker, you’ll be producing a wide range of breads, rolls, pastries and baked goods from scratch, ensuring everything meets our high standards for freshness, consistency, and presentation.

 

This is a role that starts early in the morning and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be helping with mixing, preparing, baking, and presenting baked products that our customers love. Strict food safety and hygiene standards are critical.

 

Start dates will be staggered in the lead-up to our October opening, with some team members starting up to a week earlier for training and setup. We’ll discuss exact dates with you during the process.

About you:

We’re after a qualified baker who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and bring energy, reliability, and pride to their work. Ideally, you’ll:

 

  • Have a Bakery Trade qualification or similar
  • proven experience in a commercial or supermarket bakery
  • Be confident following recipes and maintaining consistent product quality
  • Understand and follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
  • Be comfortable with early morning starts and working at pace
  • Work well as part of a team and support others when needed
  • Be organised, self-motivated, and take pride in delivering a top-notch product
