BUTCHERY MEAT PACKER

Our Butchery department is seeking a vibrant, happy, reliable team member to come and work in our busy Butchery department. This is a full – time 40 hour working week with days being Tuesday – Saturday, starting at 5am. Some degree of flexibility may be required at times.

You will be a part of a team that is motivated, supportive and driven to get the tasks done. We will provide a safe working environment with full training so the right person can succeed in this role. 

The successful applicant will ideally have experience in the supermarket retail industry, have a strong customer focus and be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

• A high standard of presentation of products
• Organisation Skills
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Food Safety and health & safety focussed

In this role you will directly report to the Butchery Manager 

Key responsibilities include:

• Consistently deliver a high level of packing and merchandising standards.
• Work collaboratively with the team to help achieve the departments goals.
• Maintaining our strict Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards within your department.
