Bakery Assistant Manager
We are seeking an energetic person that is looking for their next challenge and would like to be a successful leader in our busy Bakery Department. This position is full time with days being Sunday to Thursday, hours of work to be discussed at the interview process.
You will be a part of an enthusiastic and motivated team. We are a store that values initiative and trying new things, and has great pride in the goods we produce.
The successful applicant will need to have experience in the retail baking industry and have a strong customer focus, preferably having worked in a supermarket environment and able to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Baking experience is required
- Proven Organisation and Planning Skills
- Effectively communicate at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Be a problem solver
- Dedication to customer service
- Wiling to go the extra mile
- Has good Time Management
- Works well in a Team Environment
- Intermediate level computer skills
- A proven successful team leader
Key responsibilities include:
- To oversee the production of consistently outstanding quality and quantity of product.
- The maintaining of our Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards within your department.
- To deliver on agreed financial targets.
