Service Deli Team Leader – PAK’nSAVE Rangiora

PAK’nSAVE Rangiora is looking for a food-passionate individual to assist the Service Deli Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of our busy Service Deli department.

About the Role:

As a Service Deli team leader, you will help lead, communicate, and organise the day-to-day operations of the department. You will also be actively involved in food production and maintaining high standards of service, product range, presentation, and quality.

Work Schedule:

• Permanent, full-time role – 40 hours per week
• Sunday to Thursday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Equal passion for food and customer service.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work on the floor as part of a set roster.
• Food Safety Certificates (advantageous but not required).
