PAK’nSAVE Rangiora is looking for a Night Fill Supervisor to join our Dry Goods team. We’re looking for someone who brings strong leadership, integrity, trust, honesty, and a solid work ethic to thrive in our fast-paced environment. What you’ll do:

 

  • Lead, support, and motivate the Night Fill team to achieve daily targets
  • Ensure shelves are well-stocked and presented to a high standard
  • Coordinate workload and delegate tasks across the team
  • Work hands-on in a physically demanding role (lifting up to 20kg)
  • Take ownership of the department overnight and maintain excellent presentation
  • Support a positive, productive, and customer-focused team culture

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Previous supermarket or relevant retail experience
  • Reliable, punctual, and great at managing time and priorities
  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead by example
  • A team player who can build relationships and get the best out of others
  • Able to travel safely to and from work at late hours
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage

 

Hours:

 

  • Sunday – Thursday 14:30 – 23:00 = 40 Hours
