Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily operations of the liquor department
- Maintain a high standard in merchandising, presentation and product availability
- Rostering and staff scheduling
- Building strong relationships with suppliers and team members
- Manage stock ordering, promotional planning and inventory control
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail
- A good understanding of financial KPIs
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation
- Great attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent computer skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Exceptional organisation, presentation and planning skills
Hours:
- Full-time.
- Days and Hours will be discussed during the interview.
