Night Fill Supervisor

The purpose of this role will be to plan, lead, communicate and coordinate the day-to-day running of the grocery area alongside the Nightfill Management team. This includes the displays and promotional areas of the store all to achieve the highest possible standards of service, product range, presentation and quality. The successful applicant will display excellent communication skills, high personal presentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. They will demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet the objectives of the Dry Goods Department.

We anticipate this will suit if you have the following:

Ability to think on your feet.
Can do attitude, able to lead by example.
A+ communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to lead others and bring out the best in your team members.
Living up to our values and promoting our culture and policies.
Able to safety get to and from work before 5:00am.
A current forklift license or the willingness to be up-skilled in this area

The role we have available is:

Friday to Monday 12:30pm-11:00pm = 40 hours or 13:30-23:00 = 32 Hours
