We’re looking for a Chilled and Frozen Assistant Manager (2IC) to help drive the success of our department and ensure our customers enjoy the very best experience.
Within this role it will include one weekend day and early morning starts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chilled and frozen department
- Assist the Chilled and Frozen Manager with all departmental needs
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, correctly rotated, and compliant with food safety standards
- Support and supervise the team to ensure excellent service and outstanding product presentation
- Follow store guidelines and procedures regarding health and safety
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience with SAP will be an advantage
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail
- Being able to motivate and lead a team to success
- Strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation
- Great attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
- Excellent computer skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Hours:
- Full-time. 42.5 hours per week
- Days and Hours will be discussed during the interview
