We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can demonstrate a desire for working fresh baked goods.  This person will have the ability to work as part of a team and will have the motivation to learn about food preparation and presentation standards which are offered our valued customers every day.

We are after someone who will embrace our multiple core values and shares in our vision and mission of being the ‘Go to supermarket in North Canterbury’. The successful candidate will have some food handling skills, who wants to advance these abilities into a craft and is looking to settle into a long term career working in a bakery team. Apprenticeships may be available to people who can prove their ability and desire to work in this industry.


You will be part of a team that reports directly to the Bakery Manager.


The position is for a permanent, 40 hour week, working Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 05:00-13:30, Wednesday & Thursday 09:00-17:30. Full training and uniform will be part of the package.
