Four Square Wanaka has an exciting opportunity for a career driven applicant looking to excel in the Supermarket industry as an Operations Manager. This position would particularly suit someone who is working to own their own store in the future. With new owners who have recently been through the approval process themselves, the right applicant will have a great support system to embark on their own Four-Square approval journey.
About the role:
As Operations Manager you will have management experience in the supermarket industry already and be familiar with using industry specific systems such as SAP. You will understand the importance of presentation within the store and providing a great grocery experience for customers. We will provide full training in Food Safety and upskill you in other areas within the store. A current Duty Manager’s certificate or Liquor Controller Qualification would be a huge advantage for this position however is not necessary. The hours will be discussed at the interview stage however the role will consist of a mix of early and afternoon/evening shifts and one weekend day, with two consecutive rostered days off.
