Grocery and Inwards Goods Supervisor - Arrowtown Four Square

We are looking for a Grocery Supervisor to join this key area of our store and help deliver exceptional customer experience.

Your day to day:

• Supervise and lead the Inwards Goods team in the inspection, transport and storage of all incoming goods
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to incoming shipments
• Assisting the Shift Managers to support the wider Grocery team
• Ensuring our shelves are always stocked and well presented 
• Delivering exceptional customer service

What you’ll bring:

• Pace and a strong attention to detail who likes to be busy
• An allrounder who values a team and contributes to it with pride who ideally has experience leading a team.
• Sound knowledge of grocery/retail operations
• A friendly attitude and hard work ethic.
• Effective communication skills with a passion for customer service
• The ability to work in a team and independently when required
• The ability to show initiative and be honest and reliable
• Physical fitness (heavy lifting involved) and a high level of personal presentation
• Reliable transport be able travel to and from work
• Forklift licence and Managers Certificate ideal.
