Deli Fresh Foods Assistant - PAK'nSAVE Queenstown

We are currently looking for Full-time Fresh Foods Assistants in our Deli department.

Support for a work visa may be available for the successful applicant.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Someone with previous food handling and preparation experience
• Physically fit and able to lift reasonably heavy items
• Reliable
• A team player with the ability to assist colleagues as well as work independently
• Attentive to detail and committed to providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers
• Available to work weekends

Various rosters available:

Morning shifts: 5:00am – 2:30pm

Evening shifts: 11:30am – 9:00pm

Key responsibilities of these positions include, but are not limited to:

• Being responsible for preparing, packing and presenting products ready for sale
• Providing a high level of customer service and assisting customers where needed
• Maintaining stock levels in cabinets and retail spaces and ensuring all products on display are of superior quality
• A commitment to and compliance with our Health and Safety and Food Safety standards
