About the Role:
As our Customer Services Manager, you’ll shape the customer experience while leading from the front and developing a diverse team across checkouts, customer service, lotto and our in-store café. This is a hands-on opportunity to make a real impact on New World Centre City and build a high-performing customer centric culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a large team through effective coaching, training and performance management.
- Manage all aspects of front-line operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery and team performance through proactive monitoring and feedback.
- Oversee financial performance through efficient scheduling, inventory control, and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in management with a strong focus on customer service.
- Qualification in Business, Management or related field advantageous.
- Outstanding leadership abilities and passion for coaching, developing and motivating teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively.
- Experience in staff scheduling, resource management, and budget control.
- Liquor Controllers Qualification and Duty Managers License, or willingness to acquire
