ONLINE SHOPPING ASSISTANT

Oamaru New World is proud to serve a large part of the North Otago region, delivering to communities as far south as Palmerston up to the Waitaki Bridge. We're passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers - both in-store and online.

We are currently seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our Online team. 

About the Role:

• Supporting the Online team in picking and preparing customer orders
• Delivering orders using our delivery truck
• Communicating with customers and in-store departments
• Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and quality in orders
• Full- time position - days and hours to be discussed at interview

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds a full New Zealand driver's licence
• Confidence in computer systems
• Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills
• Can work both independently and collaboratively
• Has a positive can-do attitude and takes pride in delivering great service
• is physically fit
