ONLINE PERSONAL SHOPPER/DELIVERY and GROCERY ASSISTANT

If you love doing your own grocery shopping and are looking for a role where you are an important part of the operations, then this may be the role for you. This role involves picking and packing customer orders, delivery, quick decision making and ensuring our ‘next level’ customer service standards are met with our concierge role and being on the supermarket floor. It also involves filling shelves neatly and efficiently and having items on shelves full, looking presentable and accessible for customers to shop.
- The days and hours are to be discussed.
- They will include 1 weekend day.

Your day to day:
- Picking, packing and processing customers' online shopping orders (basic computer skills required)
- Transporting customers' online shopping orders from the store to their vehicle throughout the day in a timely and safe manner while providing the highest standard of excellent customer service (our concierge service)
- Delivering to designated addresses
- Working in the grocery department to fill shelves
- Helping and assisting customers on the shop floor
- Cleaning and organising online and grocery areas and equipment
- Adhering to all health and safety and food safety standards
What we need from you:
- Great communication skills to work alongside the online, grocery and wider teams in particular the Online Manager.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Flexibility in working hours and tasks
- An openness to continuous change and adapting to new ideas and initiatives
- The ability to work independently and prioritise and multi task to consistently meet deadlines
- A great work ethic and hardworking nature
- A high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Good physical fitness for lifting and operating equipment
- Great attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
- A full New Zealand Class 1 Drivers License
