Afternoon Retail Manager

Afternoon Retail Manager:

Full-time position, Sunday – Thursday (hours to be discussed at interview stage), reporting to the Store Manager.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a great leader, team player and someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment to join our team as our Afternoon Retail Manager.

Your day to day:

• Ensuring all departments maintain appropriate store display standards
• Providing high quality customer service to our valued customers
• Organising the grocery team and storeroom
• Maintaining stock levels in the grocery department, ensuring well-stocked shelves and merchandising to a high standard
• Undertaking necessary administrative functions of the role
• Maintaining Health & Safety and Food Safety standards

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or supermarket environment
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Effective communication skills and a passion for customer services
• A strong work ethic and the ability to cope well under pressure
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Physical fitness (heavy lifting involved)
