Are you our next Produce Supervisor? We pride ourselves on our fresh food departments and our Produce Department plays an integral role. Be part of the team providing our customers with fresh food, great value, recipe inspiration, and awesome shopping experiences.

We are looking to fill this senior role within the Department. As Produce Supervisor you work in a 2IC capacity; assisting the Manager in ensuring the day to day operations are met and covering key tasks such as stock & quality control.

Key responsibilities will include:

Inventory management
Sourcing a range of consistently high quality products
Ensuring the highest standards of merchandising are achieved and maintained
Organising and leading staff
Maintaining our Health & Safety and Food Safety standards within the Department

You will need to demonstrate:

Strong communication skills
Dedicated to exceptional customer service
Excellent work ethics
Experience working with produce or in a Retail supermarket would be an advantage

Hours

Full-time permanent position, working Sunday – Thursday.

Sunday & Monday 5am – 1.30pm, Tuesday & Wednesday 6am – 2.30pm, Thursday 8am- 4.30pm
