Retail Floor Supervisor

The Retail Floor Supervisor is responsible for the evening supervision of the retail departments, ensuring consistent stock presentation and assisting across the store as needed.

The key tasks for this role are:

• Ensuring all departments maintain appropriate store display standards
• Ensuring customer service and quality standards are met
• Maintaining stock levels in all retail departments
• Undertake necessary administrative functions of the role

The successful applicant will ideally be able to demonstrate:

• Previous supervisory experience 
• Experience in a retail environment
• Effective communication skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• An ability to prioritise and cope well under pressure
• A forklift licence or the ability to obtain a licence

Hours:

This is a full-time position working evenings, Tuesday to Saturday 12.30pm - 9.00pm.
