Human Resource Manager 

 

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the management team. This is a great opportunity if you are currently at the advisor level looking for the next step in your career and wanting to take ownership of the HR function for the store. There is plenty of variety on offer and no day is the same.

 

About you - 

 

  • You’ll have at least 2-5 years HR generalist experience, preferably within the Retail Environment.
  • You’ll need to be highly organised, reliable, and accountable for your function with the ability to problem solve.
  • Knowledge of NZ employment legislation, including pay rates and leave entitlements.
  • An outstanding communicator and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
  • Open to new and innovative approaches and the ability to implement change.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office, we are investing in a new HR system in the future so any experience here is an advantage. 

 

Key responsibilities of this position include, but not limited to:

 

  • Recruitment and selection of new employees across all departments
  • Implementing and supporting staff through the induction into the business
  • Overseeing training and development to support our team to succeed. 
  • Implementing Performance Management to drive innovation within the business
