Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Checkout Manager in daily operations
• Supervise and lead checkout team members
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Drive a high standard of customer service
• Assist with staff training and development

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong customer service focus
• Positive attitude with excellent attention to detail
• High level of integrity and accountability
• Experience with POS systems
