Office Administrator (Fixed-Term Maternity Cover)
We are seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave cover from Monday 19 October 2026 to Sunday 25 July 2027. This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the store, maintaining accurate financial and personnel records, and providing administrative assistance to the Store Owner, Managers, and wider team. The Office Administrator will work closely with department managers and support key business operations across the store.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate administrative, financial, and personnel records.
- Process invoices, accounts administration, and other office documentation in a timely manner.
- Support the Store Owner and management team with general office administration and reporting requirements.
Hours of work:
Part-time, 25 hours per week.
Days and hours of work can be flexible and will be discussed with the successful candidate.
About you
- Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
- Previous experience reconciling payments, balancing accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
