NIGHT FILL MANAGER - PAK'nSAVE Blenheim

PAK’nSAVE BLENHEIM is looking for a people and customer focused leader with a great eye for detail and quality to manage our Night fill team.  If you think you have the skills and attributes for this position, we want to hear from you.

Tuesday – Saturday 4:30pm-2:00am 

The ideal candidate will have the following experience, qualities, and skills:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced retail, wholesale, or supermarket environment
• Highly organized, reliable, and accountable.
• Be able to ensure the consistency of stock presentation.
• Able to plan, organize, lead and control the night fill operation of the Dry goods departments ensuring company objectives are met.
• Knowledge of NZ health and safety standards and relevant training.
• Knowledge of NZ employment related legislation.
• Well-developed time management skills.
• Forklift license or the ability to go through the course.

Your management responsibilities will include:

• Oversee Training and Development and ensure robust Health & Safety programs are adhered to by all staff members in the grocery night fill team.
• Plan, organize, lead and control the night fill operation of the Dry goods departments ensuring company objectives are met.
