BUTCHERY MANAGER

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Butchery Manager to join our crew here at New World Kaiapoi. 

With management experience and a butchery qualification behind you, you will confidently manage the day-to-day running of our Butchery Department to achieve the highest possible standards of customer service, product range, quality, cleanliness, and profitability. Responsible with the leadership of a small team, the successful applicant will be responsible for rostering, training and performance of staff. This position will require team-building skills and the understanding of stock control, ordering and achieving set targets. This is a hands-on role, working closely with your team to complete the daily tasks.

This is a 40-hour position over 5 days. Hours of work are to be discussed.
