About the role:

This is a key support role focused on administration, coordination, and compliance at branch level. You’ll coordinate onboarding and training administration, maintain compliance and training records, and complete general site administration. The role manages timesheets, leave records, courier documentation, reconciliation checks, and reporting, working closely with the Branch Manager and Team Leaders to support day‑to‑day operations. You’ll act as the site lead for Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Loss Prevention coordination, including maintaining compliance records, completing internal audits, Vault reporting, and investigating food safety–related customer complaints. The role also supports the rollout of scheduled technology and business process changes.

 

Hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

About you:

You’re organised, process‑driven, and confident working with people at all levels of the business. You bring strong administration skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Experience in Health & Safety, Food Safety, compliance, or training coordination is highly regarded. You’re comfortable working to SOPs, following up on non‑compliance, and supporting others to meet required standards. Practical, proactive, and reliable, you take ownership of your work and see tasks through to completion.
