We have the fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to move into this role at PAK’nSAVE Invercargill.

Our Office Manager ensures overall operational excellence is achieved through organising and managing the store office, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

To be successful in the position you will have:

  • Worked with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and have Payroll understanding
  • Strong Office 365 skills, especially excel
  • Strong mathematics/accounting understanding
  • Excellent organisational and professional communication skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a range of staff and external companies
  • An excellent work ethic through leading by example
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise as needed to meet pressured deadlines

This is a permanent full-time position with flexible working hours to be discussed at interview process.
