We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Butcher to join our team at New World Hokitika. This is a hands-on role where you’ll bring your craft, pride in quality, and passion for great food to a store that’s looking to lift things to the next level.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous butchery experience (trade qualification an advantage)
• Strong focus on quality cuts, food safety, and presentation
• A hard working team player who takes pride in their work, looks out for others, and contributes to a positive team environment
• Reliable, motivated, and customer focused
