Butcher - New World Gore

As part of our focus to provide a consistent range of quality products, New World Gore is seeking an experienced Butcher to join our team. This role entails working with our butchery team to ensure our customers have an excellent range of butchery products, produced to a high standard.

If you have a keen eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent time management skills, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring our customers are our number one priority
• A focus on producing quality product
• Adhere to Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support new and existing staff members.
• Liaise with Butchery Manager and assist with day to day running of Butchery

• Reliable and self-motivated
• A positive approach, with the aim to contribute to a happy productive work environment
• Great time management and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Enjoy continual learning and development
• The ideal candidate will have a vast knowledge of meat cuts, small goods and an understanding of production requirements.
