We are a small Supermarket located in a Franz Josef and we need innovative and customer-focused team member to join our Bakery. We are seeking a positive, engaging and driven individual. Our bakery is central to our competitive advantage, consistently delivering exceptional baked goods that keep our customers returning.

This full-time role is perfect for qualified professionals looking to apply their expertise, as well as motivated individuals eager to develop their skills. You'll be an integral part of our customer-focused team, contributing to the creation of high-quality baked goods that delight our shoppers daily. We aim to be at the cutting edge of Bakery innovation, developing and introducing new premium baked goods that our customers love.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of high-quality baked goods, including sweets, breads and pastries.
• Develop and introduce innovative baked goods to our Bakery offering.
• Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and provide the great customer service Four Square is renowned for.

About you

• Passionate about baking with relevant experience or qualifications (preferred but not essential)
• Hardworking, reliable and demonstrated ability to use initiative.
• Eager to contribute to the success of the team and the development in innovation.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Adhering to all food safety and health and safety standards.
