Chilled & Frozen Foods Manager - New World Gardens
We are looking for a great leader, team player and someone who enjoys planning, organizing, and managing the day-to-day operation of the chilled and frozen foods department. Our Chilled & Frozen Foods Manager plays a vital role in ensuring our customers have access to a premium range of products, takes pride in their place of work and their team and has a “can-do” approach.
This is a full-time position, specific hours to be discussed at the interview. New World Gardens operates 7 days a week with shift patterns to include one weekend day.
OUR IDEAL CHILLED & FROZEN FOODS MANAGER WILL HAVE:
- Proven leadership, organizational and planning skills
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
- Previous management experience in a supermarket or similar setting would be an advantage
- A high level of computer skills, including rostering
- Awesome customer service skills
- Proven Health & Safety/Food Safety compliance experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
